I am a freelance boxing writer based in Kent, England, UK. Over the last 35 years I’ve been privileged to travel the world and witness some of the great fights from ringside and meet some of the true legends of the sport. I have contributed to major fight publications like The Ring, Boxing News, Boxing Monthly and now extinct publications like Boxing Outlook. This combined with my photographic essays has enhanced my admiration for the sport and its participants. Not to mention those who contribute from outside the ring – promoters, trainers, media etc.
I’ve been privileged to attend 5 Olympic Games and have a keen interest in elite amateur boxing. I welcome any opportunities to share interest in this sport and am available to any publications or promoters who have an interest in my prose.
